  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios

Instructions

1.     Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F)

2.      In a bowl, combine: oat flour, egg, Splenda, matcha powder, coconut oil and chopped pistachio.

3.     Shape into 6 balls and gently flatten into cookie shapes.

4.     Place on a lined baking tray.

Baking

·       Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10–12 minutes.

·       The cookies should be lightly golden around the edges.

·       Let cool completely before serving.
