Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Form into 10 cookies and place on the tray.
- Slightly flatten and top with extra walnuts.
- Bake for 12–16 minutes, until set on the edges but soft inside.
- Let cool before serving (they firm up as they cool).
