ALMOND BANANA BREAD

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend oats into a fine flour.
  3. In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with egg, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in Just About Foods Oat Flour, Just About Foods Baking Powder, and cinnamon.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Top with sliced almonds, gently pressing them into the surface.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
