- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend oats into a fine flour.
- In a bowl, mash bananas and mix with egg, yogurt, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Stir in Just About Foods Oat Flour, Just About Foods Baking Powder, and cinnamon.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Top with sliced almonds, gently pressing them into the surface.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool and dust with powdered sugar before serving.
