  1. In a bowl, mix the red corn flour, hot water, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead until smooth and pliable.
  3. Divide the dough and shape into large tortillas.
  4. Cook the tortillas on a hot skillet (comal), flipping until fully cooked.
  5. Let them cool slightly, then cut into triangle shapes.
  6. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  7. Place in the air fryer.

Cooking (Air Fryer)

  • Cook at 180 °C (350 °F) for 6–10 minutes, until crispy and golden.
