- In a bowl, mix the red corn flour, hot water, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Knead until smooth and pliable.
- Divide the dough and shape into large tortillas.
- Cook the tortillas on a hot skillet (comal), flipping until fully cooked.
- Let them cool slightly, then cut into triangle shapes.
- Lightly spray with olive oil.
- Place in the air fryer.
Cooking (Air Fryer)
- Cook at 180 °C (350 °F) for 6–10 minutes, until crispy and golden.
