- In a bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, milk, and oil.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the corn kernels and cheese.
- Fill the molds ¾ full.
- Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 18–22 minutes, until golden on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
