Gluten free yogurt pizza

Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 1 cup almond flour – Just About Foods
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Pinch of sea salt

Toppings

  • Tomato sauce
  • Fresh tomatoes, sliced
  • Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking tray.
  2.  In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients until a soft dough forms.
  3.  Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape into mini pizza bases.
  4. Pre-bake for 8–10 minutes until slightly firm.
  5. Add tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, and cheese.
  6. Bake again for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
  7. Let cool slightly and serve.
