- Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line a baking tray.
- In a bowl, mix all the dough ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape into mini pizza bases.
- Pre-bake for 8–10 minutes until slightly firm.
- Add tomato sauce, sliced tomatoes, and cheese.
- Bake again for 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are golden.
- Let cool slightly and serve.
