Instructions
Melt the chocolate and butter using a double boiler or microwave. Let it cool slightly.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Incorporate the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix the gluten-free flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture without overmixing.
Pour into a small pan (8×8 inch / 20×20 cm) lined with parchment paper.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes (key for gluten-free baking).
Bake at 340°F (170°C) for 22–28 minutes.
Let cool slightly and drizzle or spread the ORGANIC PEANUT BUTTER CREAMY COCOA on top before serving.
