Coconut Margarita

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoons of Just About Foods Honey Powder
  • 2 ounces of tequila (preferably blanco)
  • 2 ounces of coconut water
  • 1 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 ounce of orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge (for garnish)
  • Coarse salt (for rimming the glass)

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with lime juice and dip it into coarse salt to coat the edge. 

  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine the coconut syrup, tequila, coconut water, lime juice, and orange liqueur. 

  3. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. 

  4. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. 

  5. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve immediately.
