  2. In a bowl, mix the melted butter and coconut sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the egg, extra yolk, and vanilla, and mix well.
  4. Add the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chunks.

Baking

  1. Divide the dough into 6 large cookies.
  2. Place on the tray, leaving space between each one.
